Exfoliating Your Lips With Gnarly Whale Scrub

Today we have our Brand Ambassador Ange talking about how she uses our scrub to exfoliate her lips!

#1

I wanted to share a quick how to with you all today and it’s super easy! If you find yourself with dry and cracked lips, lip balm just isn’t enough. It’s good to exfoliate your lips to solve these issues in the winter or summer. It feels amazing if you get a little windburn too. I do mine every other day just to keep them soft and un-chapped in combination with my Peach Mango lip balm! I also find that this is a great way to give yourself a little ‘plump’ before applying lipstick as well as making lipstick application super easy because your lips are so soft afterwards.

I’ve been using the Strawberry Face & Body scrub and it’s absolutely delish!

The Gnarly Whale Sugar Scrub for face & body is the perfect lip exfoliator! I have absolutely been loving it, since it’s sugar it’s super gentle. You can do it in a few easy steps and multi task that scrub!

#3

1. Take a dime sized amount of sugar scrub
2. Rub gently all over your lips (if they’re extra cracked you can use a toothbrush to rub it in)
3. Rinse with cool water and pat dry.

See? Super easy! Let me know if you use your scrub to exfoliate your lips!

  1. This scrub looks great and strawberry flavored, yum. I usually make my own sugar scrub but the only annoying thing with that is that it separates easily and you have to remix it or remake it. PITA! The Gnarly Whale looks like it has a lot of products I need to try.

  7. I don’t – I used to use a mask product that had a lip balm cream you used after and I loved it! I really need to find something good for my 4-yo though, his lips are in horrible shape! Maybe a scrub? ;)

  8. I’ve never done this, but now I want to! Haha. And strawberry flavored? Yes, please.
